As a West African Sierra Leonean  black woman. I created Phf Cosmetics to help with people with hair  and skin problem. As someone who have a 4c hair. which was thin, break  and loss moisture easily. the Chebe hair butter , oil and serum had help me to have fuller hair , thick and retain length. With these Products hair will will see difference in your hair and see growth within the first week . 

Skin have always been an issue. I grew up with people bleaching and lightening this skin . but also see how damaging their skin are through the process. I created these product not to bleach or lightening skin . but to hydrate your , let it be brightening , supple  and help with hyperpigmentation  and help with scarring. all products are made with natural oil and butters  and very good vitamin to help with skin and excellent extract .
